FAQs
We are currently aiming for our Grand Opening in January 2026! We’re hard at work building out the space and will announce the official date on social media and our newsletter as soon as it’s confirmed.
We are located right in the heart of the University of North Dakota (UND) campus in Grand Forks, ND, in the NEW Memorial Village Building on the corner of Red Jarret Way and Columbia Road. We’re excited to be a new hub for the whole community!
We are a unique partnership between Short or Tall Eatery and Drink Hall of Rogers, MN and Surly Brewing Co. from Minneapolis. We’ll be serving an exciting menu focused on delicious pizza, burgers & fries, along with a curated selection of appetizers, salads, and, of course, a huge variety of Surly craft beers and other taps.

Yes, we will be! We anticipate beginning our main hiring phase for all positions (kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, etc.). All job postings will be listed on the Careers page of our website
